African Legacy Shoppe works to provide our customers with the highest quality service and support. Unless otherwise noted, African Legacy Shoppe will ship your order within 3 business days of payment. If we can not ship your order within three (3) business days we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of the shipment date.
Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Regular shipping fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a shipping number which allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
Expedited, and international orders require extra shipping charges. Costs for expedited, and international shipping will be calculated after the order is received, and you will be contacted for approval before charging your card.
For express shipping, we offer United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air, and United States Postal Service (USPS) Express mail.
All Special Order items will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
A great deal of care is taken when packaging your items for shipment. Occasionally accidents may occur. If your item arrives damaged, keep all original packaging materials and email sales@AfricanLegacyShoppe.com with the details of the damage. If the item was insured, please notify your local shipping firm immediately. African Legacy Shoppe cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, and has no direct control over the timeliness of the shipments. African Legacy Shoppe can not be held responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the carrier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS). All packaging and products should be closely examined upon receipt. Customers have three (3) business days, from date of receiving any merchandise to report any missing or damaged items.
All unworn clothing can be exchanged for full refund or credit of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return:
1 - Must contact our offices within 3 Days from date of receiving any merchandise. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
2 - Must have a valid Return Authorization Number. To get a Return Authorization Number (RMA number), contact our offices at (844) 212-9448 or sales@AfricanLegacyShoppe.com.
3 - All returns must be post marked within 7 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number.
4 - Clothing must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify.
5 - The item must still have the tag attached to it.
African Legacy Shoppe Store credits will be emailed to the purchaser's registered email for redemption within 5 business days of receipt of Clothing. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.
