Returns & Refunds:

All unworn clothing may be exchanged for full refund or credit within 30 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return:

1 - Clothing must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify. 

2 - The merchandise is in great condition, clean, not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3 - Exchanges are shipped to the address below within 30 days of delivery.

4 - Customers are responsible for shipping charges back to us.

5 - Must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), number. To get an RMA number, contact our offices at  (844) 212-9448 or sales@AfricanLegacyShoppe.com.

6 - All returns must be post marked within 7 business days from the issue date of the Return Authorization Number. 

African Legacy Shoppe Store credits will be emailed to the purchaser's registered email for redemption within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Packages should be mailed to the address below with the Return Authorization on the outside of the box.
